Our Story

In 2011, a YouTube video showed the challenges faced in the Afghanistan conflict sparked a Eureka moment—much like Archimedes—about the potential of adapting a common construction vehicle that could solve when warfare problems. Tapping into nearly 30 years solving complex problems in Aerospace, Oil and Gas, and supporting the Canadian military, the concept for a fit-for-purpose, future-ready vehicle was formulated and has continued to evolve.

On February 17, 2026, the Canadian government announced plans to the Defence Industrial Strategy to transform Canadian industry to support the Canadian Armed Forces, which has created new opportunities for innovation. Anticipating this announcement, the company was incorporated in January 2026 and is currently in its formative stage.

We are actively engaging with customers, venture capitalists, and larger organizations to establish strategic partnerships.
